Hello everyone, for quite some time I was thinking about starting a new website that will be monetized by the amazon affiliate program, and possibly ads. I had some experience with it in the past, but due to my stupidity, I sold the website after 3 months of work (and yes, it just started bringing traffic and earning some $). That's the big mistake I made in the past, but as people say, don't cry over spilled milk. What's done, is done, and now is a chance to make things right and earn some money.
Right now I have 0 websites, so my income is also $0. Unfortunately, my budget is also small. Everything will be spent right away, on the domain, hosting (I will go with Shock hosting and eventually switch to something better), and a keyword research e-book made by @RealDaddy. I read a lot of positive reviews in his thread, so I think it's worth the money, even if I'm on a tight budget atm. Give or take, around $50. Maybe it isn't easy as back then to build a website without big amounts invested, but I still think it's possible. Anyway, we'll see.
The idea behind this website is to gain more experience in SEO and also to build a valuable asset for the future. CPA is a faster way to make money, but I like to think long-term, and what I love so much about these kinds of websites is that they can be sold for 20-30 times of the monthly revenue. So even if it takes 8 or 10 or 12 months to build a website that produces $500/month, in my opinion, it's still worth it. Not to mention it's a lot more passive once you have enough funds to buy outsource things. In order to make as much money as possible, everything earned will be reinvested into another website so I can diversify my income. So if this succeeds, it will be a lot easier to make more money in the future with something to invest in. However, can't say I'm not afraid of G updates, but let's leave it for now.
The content will be written by myself, and I'm well aware that English isn't my primary language, but unfortunately, my budget doesn't allow anything else for now. Once I finish the keyword research part, all of my focus will be on making content. My idea is to write a minimum of 2000 words per day, and I don't think it will be that hard. Anyway, what do you guys think about my English, not the greatest, right? But with the help of Grammarly and Google, I hope it gets better over time.
It will take a couple of days to buy and prepare everything, especially that in my country everything's closed over the weekend due to Covid.
That's it for now.
