How to increase reach from feed

Hi, friends! As I posted before Im disappointed with reach from feed (1000-2000 on 11k account, didn't change from when I was on 7k, 500-900 likes, growing with F/UF, M/S,no automation) so I'm searching for a ways to increase it. Can interacting with every follower from followers list help? I mean likes/comments/dms, so they'll check my page and maybe interact back. Would Instagram count it as interest and show posts to them and more people next time?

Post polls/questions/quizes on your story, this can help a lot

anyway to get the right hashtags because there was an app here but it got limited so Idont know how to get the right hashtags anymore

Try to be as responsive as possible ( like their comments and write replies). Also, use questions and polls options on your stories and then share some of the responses.
