Website quality:
- All links dropped in pages where the topic is relevant to my niche.
- One of the pages is highly relevant and is already ranking for multiple keywords!
- The DR and traffic of the websites are insane! The minimum DR and traffic are 55 and 2671, according to the report.
- They have picked my top three competitors and done a GAP analysis to select link prospects that are relevant and links to my competitor in some cases.
Area of concern:
- One link was added to a guest post farming site, but it was replaced with a link from a better site upon request.
- The email account created to monitor the outreach process is pretty much useless to me. I have explained this in the email conversation linked above.
- One of the links is dropped on a page with an OBL to a Casino site. This is acceptable for me considering the other useful factors, but the seller must check the current OBL before adding any link.
- There is no way to check and approve the domains before link placement. The seller requests us to check the prospect list and share sites that you don't want, but it is nearly impossible as the prospects list is vast, and there are many other things to check manually other than the metrics promised by the seller.

@cyberzilla gave us some valuable pointers on where to improve the service. We appreciate critical input from experienced SEOs like him, as it allows us to fix minor bumps that we may have missed.
Regarding the prospect list, the list is indeed usually vast. To get a semi-decent response rate, we need to contact a lot of sites and thus we usually add 50-100+ prospects. And while we do have internal quality control checks in place, sometimes a bad egg slips through, as cyberzilla pointed out with the 'farmy' site. If a mistake like this is made, we are more than happy to fix it.
As for the email accounts, the issue is that our outreach tool uses SMTP to deliver the outreach mails. Thus, "sent mails" are not directly visible within the account itself, but only in our outreach tool. We have used aged gmails before to work around this issue, but the inboxing rate for those was comparibly abysmal. It's an issue we are aware of, but it's hard to work around.
