VPN that allows you to pick specific IP

Hello,

I'm looking for a VPN other than NordVPN that basically lets you see all IPs available from a country and switch between them.

I tried express, PIA, PureVPN, Vypr... but none of them seem to have this feature. Any advice?

I'll include a screenshot to show what I'm talking about

You can try them for free.
Can't really remember if they give it in clear in the app (I think yes iirc), but if they don't, I can point you to their official json file that contains all their IP with respective access point names.

Or if you’re looking for a specific state, town and even ZIP code, I’d suggest buying socks instead.

For an example, you can buy 911.re 150socks package for $30 via BTC. They come with their 911 app. and you can run it along with Proxified which allows you to proxify the whole system.

I'm not very techy so I'll leave that option last, I have it noted tho, thank you.

I guess you have a list of IPs when you can set up the vpn manually

Ideally yeah. I'm not sure what you mean by set them up manually, sorry.

Torguard offer a list of IPs also, but VPN are shared IPs and IP may be changed for abused by many others

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm aware of that aspect of VPNs, however, the way I'm using them, I never had an issue (yet).

Windscribe offers this feature as well. I've used chrome extension and it's quite fast. Free account has limited bandwidth.

May I ask if it's possible to manipulate VPN's files and specify the specific IP address that you want to connect to directly?

I've been using VPN app/extension and want to connect to specific IP addresses in their servers but no matter the time of the day or the amount of reconnects I mostly get the same IP back.

If anyone knows how to get around it, please message me

I think unlimited VPN also has this feature. There was a free 6-month trial coupon posted here on the forum, and I used to get this VPN for free.

i think most of the VPN providers allow you to select state and country.
But if you are talking about selecting specific ip like 62.19.48.1
then i don't think anybody can provide it as most of the ip's get renewed on regular basis.
