She said, changing the thumbnail in the video after uploading it helps to recommend it if the CTR rate increases after changing the thumbnail.
So I was thinking, what if you upload a video to YouTube to get a bad CTR, then change the thumbnail to another random thumbnail , and then raise the CTR with the SMM ?
I think it works, because YouTube will reward you for that, what do you think? Can one of you test and tell us the results?

In my opinion it shows that you are continously trying to update and make it much more better for your audience which will in turn keep more people on youtube so what's increasing their platform traffic and revenue will help you out as well

this is simply just common sense.. its not a secret. if you are getting a low CTR it means your thumbnail/title is bad or simply the video isn't interesting for the viewer to click. changing your thumbnail in hopes to get a better CTR is what every creator should be doing. after a week, if your CTR is below 8%, then change up the thumbnail and maybe reword the title a bit and see.
