Scrapping competitor traffic to create an audience for FB?

Hi everyone,

Up until recently, I thought this isn't a real option but somebody told me they are able to scrape traffic from competitors to then target them on FB ads (after creating a custom audience)

The benefits of something like this are obvious - If someone knows how to do this then will you be willing to share it with me? I am willing to offer $$ if needed.

One idea I have on how to do this is by scraping user emails from a competitor's FB page and then creating an audience from that but I don't know how to scrape FB pages. (Also willing to pay for guidance on this)

What do you guys think is this possible in 2020?

Hey there, I can absolutely do this for you. Rates are variable. 85% success rate ie: 100k members or page followers - 85,000 results on average. There are some services also offered on here in marketplace, and i'm sure there are some people here too, that have way more experience than myself.
