Same! Finally seeing my rankings get back to normal (and some even better than pre update) after a long week of dropped rankings!
Still early to say but happy to see keywords gaining back positions!

Health / Medical website. White hat. Not building links (few reddit, quora, wiki, folkd, mix). Focusing on content, high quality from medical textbooks and published papers, citing the sources.
Dropped from 1.5K unique users /day to around 700. 99% from organic search
On september (2nd-4th) happened the same thing, huge drop and after 2 weeks did better than ever.
Just hope this time will be the same, going down 2 weeks and then up again.
The change I'm going to make is reassign the posts I have written personally from admin to my username, write a bio, link to socials and linked in, etc to comply with EAT. Few more links, revisit old low quality content and keep writing new.. maybe start sharing on facebook Page and groups as well...

i get a sense that they realized that they fucked up again with the search result: pure garbage sites getting top position. i think they reversed it in the last 24 hours.
update = i think i spoke too soon. ranking went back to what it was 48 hours ago.

The owner of trustedreviews.com asked if their site is spam as is hit with each update including the last one and John Mu said "Its not spam, its moving in the right direction bla bla". I guess thats OK they lost like 1M traffic in the past year - the right direction indeed.

I was active here talking about the update, but some people are finding my opinions about the update too controversial, so I've just taken things into private with a few people to prevent drama.

Updates are controversial, some are happy and some complain.
As I mentioned before, I don't use google but a few days ago I checked one of my keywords and I thought, from user's perspective, the results had improved.
