Why did my Google AdSense account get limited?

My AdSense account just got limited today for "invalid traffic concerns" and I have no idea why. The impressions and clicks are relatively the same as last month, just a slight increase from organic traffic. No one botted my website, so I'm confused on where this invalid traffic concern came from.

How can you be 100 % sure that nobody used a bot to "attack" your site with fake views and clicks?

The views and clicks have been almost the exact same as last month and the month before and I've had no issues with AdSense up until now. Majority of my traffic is also from organic and paid traffic.

You checked it with an independent tracking tool also? I mean the non existence of bot traffic.

What is the source of your traffic? I think that is where the issue is.

Also if your adsense has never recieved payments before. This usually happen.(from experience)

I've only checked it with Google analytics

Source of my traffic is organic and Google Ads. I've received 6 or 7 payments from AdSense already so I've been using them for a decent amount of time.
