For all those that don't know me, I'm a big fan of vaccines. I've always been against wild conspiracies. And this post shall not be about one.

So, do you currently trust the Pfitzer vaccine as being safe? Do you want it? Let me change your mind. Stay with me.

Lets begin with a few facts. Not OPINONS.

  • mRNA technology for vaccines has never been tested in humans long term before.
  • mRNA injects genetic instructions into you, to program your cells.
  • Pfitzer has been granted immunity from prosecution by the UK
  • Oxford are one of the best in the world and decided to go with tried and tested vaccine technology which only yielded 60% effectiveness.
  • Many doctors & Scientists are against the Pfitzer vaccine due to not enough testing, including Michael Yeadon, the Respiratory doctor who worked for Pfitzer in the past
  • Pfitzer had multiple lawsuits against them in the past for using people from 3rd world countries as Guinea pigs.
  • The Vaccine does not stop you transmitting the virus, the only point of a vaccine is to protect yourself, and only yourself.
  • The documentation provided to the UK gov from Pfitzer stated that Fertility issues in women is UNKNOWN. This is to do with the possibility of it causing your immune system to attack proteins in the placenta.
  • The majority of the public in the UK have been found to be against the Pfitzer Vaccine.
With those facts in mind, would you want the vaccine?

Here is my opinion: I will not be taking this vaccine, I am 24 years old, healthy, and see the vaccine as a higher risk than the virus itself. When multiple doctors and scientists go against the use of a vaccine, that is a RED FLAG. Experts in their field having serious concerns with it? I will not be letting anyone inject instructions into my cells that's never been tested long term.

HOWEVER.

I will be taking the oxford vaccine once released, as they are using tried and tested technology that's been proven safe long term. They essentially inject the weakened virus into your body for your immune system to study.

Will you be taking the Pfitzer Vaccine?

I will not take any vaccine, while I understand the gravit of taking it but I’ll pass it

How come not the one from oxford that's just a standard vaccine?

all due respect to Oxford, currently it’s money game, and unless a year has passed and it’s actually been proven safe I won’t inject it. Little Turmeric powder daily in milk is way better than any vaccine but these are my personal thoughts

Correcting this:
USA Today said:
AstraZeneca/Oxford faced scrutiny over interim results from trials in the U.K. and Brazil, released last week, showing 60% effectiveness when its vaccine was given in two equal doses and 90% among a much smaller group that accidentally received a half-dose the first time.
It seems that the less of the vaccine you get, the more effective it becomes.

I haven’t been following the development of any of the vaccines and I am by no means against vaccination. But deducing from what I read on your post, none of them seem very promising imo. So who knows...

I disagree, does it say what size of participants took the half size? As sample sizes really do matter in determining whether it's an anomaly or not.

I will not take it for two reasons:

- I am not in the vulnerable group and since this vaccine ONLY protects myself, it doesn't make sense to me.
- Those companies got full immunity. They are not responsible for any kind of side effects or long term effects. That's a huge fucking red flag to me.

Everyone is responsible for himself/herself. Everyone should judge whether it makes sense to get this vaccine. I am healthy, never smoked, no alcohol, no chronic diseases. I am not going to take this vaccine. Its probably more dangerous for me than the virus.

Thanks for this post. Really helpful for us having doubts to whether take the vaccine or not. But I myself would not take this, and for my family. I'd wait for 6months up to a year.
By the way, I'm confused, it is PFITZER or PFIZER?
Thanks again~!

I'm on the same lines.

I am not vulnerable, so it doesn't make sense to take a vaccine created by brand new technology that's never been tested long term. There is no logic behind it.

I also agree with immunity, if it's so safe, why do they need immunity.

Ignore me spelling it pfitzer, force of habit. I use to think it was pfitzer. It's become second nature to me for some reason.

Understandable. I was just confused that's might be a another company. I am not so updated with this vaccine development.
Thanks again for this post.

No problem my friend, happy to help everyone understand the vaccine so they can make an informed decision :)

No.

Same as Naka.. I'm mid 30's, healthy, exercise regularly, eat well. I've got a very low chance of serious symptoms even if I did catch it.

+ I've been travelling constantly throughout the pandemic, have lived in half a dozen countries, and have taken 6 PCR tests (2 voluntarily just to prepare for transitions), and even while living in some of the highest risk countries have managed to stay healthy and not contract it.

+ I work on my own in my apartment all day every day, I hardly come in contact with anyone, I wear a mask when I leave my apartment.

+ Unlike yourself, I'm not a big fan of vaccines. I think in certain situations they are a tool than can have more upside than downside. But also that like any tool they can also have negatives - so I don't want to just take every vaccine available to super protect myself from diseases I'm not going to get, which itself opens me up to unnecessary risk.

+ I don't trust pharmaceutical companies in general, they've done a lot of bad shit, including but not limited to spawning the opioid crisis in the US. The testing of covid vaccines has been a shitshow, and they're hugely incentivised to be the first to market to make a bunch of cash. Why would I want to be a guinea pig for them?

I am going thr take the vaccine. My family is on the frontline in the fight against the covid. So I will get the vaccine actually earlier then you, while you debate if you wanna take it or not.

This is my main reason of not taking it yet.
Yeah, like if someone said the earth had a 0.01% chance of exploding in a month, would I want to be on the first new experimental rocket they were launching to try to colonise the moon? I guess for a 99.9% chance of the earth not even exploding, I'd be happy to let a few other people test that experimental rocket out first.

So I will get the vaccine actually earlier then you, while you debate if you wanna take it or not.
Have known the whole pandemic I don't want a vaccine. Since day one.

Fair enough, but in either case, the fact that these people were "accidently" given half dosages adds to the weirdness and justifiable skepticism of it all.
