Hi ,
I just saw some channels sharing movies and they didn't got any copyrights when I tried with same movies " I got a copyrights claim " also tried to reshare there movie video as they share and also got the copyrights !

any one can help me ?

Thanks

just use clips from the movies that are less then 7 seconds.

they use full original movie like i did exactly .. not just clips
did you mean adding cuts ?

u cannot simply do this even with editing.
you need to be in a managed CMS account.

that's how Vietnamese spammers do it.

CMS can whitelist your channel from copyright.
but you can spam for a few weeks/months before your CMS account will get disabled.

MCN/CMS

MCN has the ability. but it's not easy to own such an account.

Those viets do something with the video, ive bin ripping theirs, removing theirs song, adding mine and reuploading, they get claimed for me, no blockage.

Uploading the same episode from piratbeay gets automaticly blocked, the whole episode.

So theydo something to it that the algo cant see.

Even piggy backing on their stuff gets nice views tho, wish iknew what they were doing to their vids, easier thenremoving their music.

Maybe use DMCA ignored hosts. You will get copyright but will be ignored

its youtube that hosts, and their algo is the problem.
They viets have some trick to mod the video somehow, mcn isnt the reason imo.

cms has the ability to whitelist like i told you. that's the bypass.
eventually the CMS account will get Disabled months after u keep violating with blatant copyrighted content

then im just lucky i dont get blocked using their edited videos without an mcn, just a bit more work removing their music before adding mine.

but if you want to find which mcn they using, all their bought channels have 6k views minimal.
So find the mcn that requires 6k mimum and 1k subs.

Yoola requires 7k views only.

I think it was the mcn so all the channels that provide movies they texted on their cover that they powered by syntax

Because they're likely messing with the audio.

Google does copyright strikes based on manual and automatic detection.

If enough people report a video or they get a DMCA, they manually check the video.

But they also run automated scripts that analyze the audio on upload to detect similarities to copyrighted content in their library (provided by major film companies).

The movies that are on there that last either aren't in Google's library (think older movies) - or they've modified the audio with white noise or upping the pitch or breaking it up every 5 minutes to prevent detection.

You'll also know the copyrighted movies that stay up don't list the name of the movie directly in the title. They'll say "1994 Ninja Monster Animal Movie TMNT" - rather than saying "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1994 movie".The first is less likely to get picked up or flagged by copyright holders.

People will still find the content because of the description or inclusion of keywords.

There's a channel that has uploaded 2 huge movies without any edits, audio manipulation etc and it's been up for almost 2 years now. The title of video is exact name of movie + full movie so I have no idea how they haven't been taken down yet. The movies are django unchained and inglorious bastards, just search those on youtube and add "full movie" and it will be the first result.

there are different methods to bypass this without any editing needed or title/keywords change

Care to share, mate?

there are some managed CMS accounts that spammers use.
all MCN related shit.

a big CMS account has the power to remove claims from any company.
like for example , sony has got deep power in youtube and their CMS can remove any claims/strikes from a video , even if it is from a legit copyright holder.

but many CMS dont have this ability. yt gives it to some CMS accounts.
but when your CMS have this ability, some vietnamese spammers manage to get hold of such accounts, and keep removing legit copyright claims from the real companies and whitelist the videos.

but they can keep doing this only for a few months, after which yt will find out and their CMS will get disabled.
by the time spammers would have made enough money and will buy themselves a new CMS.

the russians, vietnamese are above everyone in yt blackhat spamming.

russians are gods.
infact our team has russian devs behind the development of our bots.
