I agree with everything you said.
The bot was working really good till 4-5 days ago, then it started to not follow anymore. At start I thought it was my fault (proxy or account quality) then other people told me they had the same problem.
Unfortunately OP didn't answer or gave us update. I don't honestly know if it will be updated and the problem will be solved, but in this moment the bot isn't able to do any action

yup. has been running fine with some problems before dec 3rd. however, as of now the bot completely does not work anymore. very unfortunate because it has certainly be very helpful for months. but it looks like the errors have taken over. i doubt anyone can use it right now
i'm curious what everyone is doing with their subscriptions. if you don't cancel the service you're still paying per day for a bot that does not work. and i'm more curious what jackson is doing right now because of this lol. surely he must know that the bot does not work. but why is he still taking people's money? he should stop accepting orders or at least provide some type of announcement, people are paying him for this bot as we speak lol
so yeah, the summary is that the bot is not working right now, if it doesn't work for you don't worry, you aren't crazy, it's just extremely buggy to the point that it no longer functions
will it be fixed and everything return back to normal? who knows. life goes on, this in internet marketing. a random crash in your income can happen just like this lol

Software is not working since past 5 days, giving scraping user error, support is also bad on discord, Jackson released 3 updates since bot starting having issues but none of the update resolved any issue, cant follow anyone

ya, version .304 was the best one imo lol. bot was working with occasional problems, but still was use-able. now not working at all
i'm also still waiting on a $300 refund that has yet to hit my credit card account, still no word about that from support. welp, let's see what happens

ya who knows what will happen. it's kinda unstable at this point. even if it were to get solved, who knows when it could come crashing down again. i think more bot developers need to assist in this project with the goal being customer service, otherwise it's hard to see people sticking around with poor functionality. just my take on this
