VidIQ is just to know what tags are good or not in terms of search and competitivity. Don't rely too much on those tools.

Yes, and i delete it, i prefer tubeddy recommended tags etc are so far better than vidlq

Well, from what I've heard, the score from vidIQ is more accurate but tubebuddy it's easier to understand. You can use them both at the same time. I prefer tubebuddy too but I use vidIQ as well.

I've 60-70% retention time but 1-2 sub per video...

Hide my sub count can help or it's bad for the channel?

If you're getting 1-2 subs/video at your channel size, it's quite good actually. And that will snowball, don't worry. Just do whatever you're doing right now, it seems it's working.
