I noticed the dude is in Hungary, AFIAK there are govt bodies that deal specifically with Hungarian companies who don't pay foreign companies/people for services.

You could report him(they offer service in English), they will mediate and if you can prove he owes you money, the will make him pay. If he doesn't pay they will fine him and shut his company down.

Might be a bit of a fuck around, but it is one avenue you can take.

Even if you don't win, you cause some headache for him and piss in his cornflakes a bit.

Thanks for this brother I will definitely check this and keep you updated

I think you should always get paid full upfront next time or at least all outgoings as payment so you don't end up bankrupt or out of pocket.

That said he was a scammer.

I would try my best getting him in trouble legally, their police are not like others you can write to the local police station and there go to his house they don't play games with scammers.

I hate scammers. They are so sad.
Go to so much trouble to steal $50.

Both websites are company registered.
Report him 100%

He can not go around scamming designers and website owner to do work scamming them no way.

100% legally report him there must be ways in his country to report business.

He doesn't even own what published online, he ant paid for it yet, you got proof.

I am sure the hosting and domain can be taken down and the images and articles and all logos are still legally yours until paid.

Where the contract for this work????????

You can write article online about this scammer on trust point website's and others warn others of the scam.

His websites will always come up for others to read before paying any money from his website.......

If he wants to fuck keep writing articles on what he done, the business will eventually fail 100% he a scammer.

If you no the affiliates you got rights to report what he done to you.

I bet they suspend all his accounts.

Most top affiliates are on here and domain owners and hosts.....

Name and shame!!!!!!!

Get a solicitor
No win no fee, he soon crap his pants

How u sure from what country he is?

I personally don't use TG for business communication. It's less secured and you hardly can retain any evidence as messages can be deleted from both sides.

@BassTrackerBoats maybe you should offer middleman services as part of the marketplace transactions, thus protecting the sellers and the buyers at the same time.

I second this!

Yeah i fucked up, trusted the guy because this never happened to me before. I think i got my lesson here, will try to hook him up with all the things you suggested me and do as much damage as possible. Will work and try to get the things back on track.

This buyer @JackobyJenkins is a cold blooded scammer. We decided to do two gaming websites for $500, 50% advance and 50% after.

Websites -

lbred.com
gamekarmic.com

After the completion he immediately closed my access and has never paid my 2nd invoice.

I know we can't do anything in this because he surely doesn't care about his bhw account but he should be banned here.

I have all the proofs that he never paid me but i know he will never respond here to fight against me.

Just get him banned and i already lost my money thanks.

Here it goes

7mTZy4T

He is saying that he will do a chargeback on the previous payment too on payoneer
Could this guy be more pathetic? Hope it goes your way.

I'm glad you shared the website URLs. :D

When you look at the website, he put his Hungarian Kft company at the bottom. Hungarian law states he has to do that if he is conducting business online.

Then when you do a company search you can see his details and registered address.

The registered address is in a residential building. Chances are he use his home address for his company(common for small businesses to do in Hungary).

100% the guy is in Hungary.

Here is the company details. In case he tries to remove it.

Yeah he told me he is working for this working as a freelancer. Lets see how it goes

I once saw a thread here where some guys discussed safety measures that you could take as a web designer to avoid getting scammed after delivering a job. For such jobs, it's better to get the full payment because, once delivered, it's completely outta your hand.

Should have uploaded a web s**** after completing your work, and removed it only when he paid you in full. :D

Precisely, collect up-front payment or use an Escrow service and never take someone's word as their bond; secure your work and the fruits of it all times.
