First of all, I must inform you that I no longer have a porntube. I closed mine a week ago (the end of november) for personal reason. Well, porn is illegal in my country, and I don't want to risk my whole life. But I did try to build that kind of site, only for my personal satisfaction (and small amount of money to buy a beer 
).
How much money did I make? Not much. Only around $25 a day for the last month, with daily UV around 18000-20000. But I believe, if someone follow my strategy, it will be so much better in result.
So, here it is (Sorry for my bad English)....
1. VPS. I used a cheap offshore hosting 4GB RAM, 2 CPU, 40 SSD (around $75 a year ~ the owner used to be BHW member but not anymore)
2. Find a keyword reach domain that suit your niche ($15).
3. Buy wp-script theme and necessary plugin. I only need retrotube theme ($24), wps single embedder ($24), and wps player ($24)
4. Create your tube site. Make sure that your site eye-catching, fast and clean enough. Do not use any ads in the first 3 months.
5. Search video related to your niche to be embedded in your site manually from youporn and xvideos. I don't recommend pornhub and redtube, since it's not compatible with wps player plugin (you can use them, but you can not put your ads in it). This video searching needs extra time. In my case, I spend 6-7 days to collect 10.000 videos.
6. Manually edit each videos to make sure that all of them get a new Title, categories, and tags. Give a 1-2 sentences description for each.
7. Don't forget to use Yoast SEO plugin, and make sure your SEO score is at least okay (you will not get excellent, since your description is only 1-2 sentences), and green readable. This is the most time consuming. You can do it little by little if you have time. Save all the videos as Draft.
8. Once a week, set scheduled post from that 10000 draft. Make it 4-5 videos a day. So your scheduled post will be around 30 posts a week. Note that having to much scheduled post can sometimes become a problem for your wordpress. That is why I recommend around 30 posts only for a week.
9. Write a proper description in some of Actor Page (if you have time, of course it will be so much better if you write at all of actors page). Make sure you got green SEO and green readable from Yoast. That's one thing that I learn, because so many visitor come to my site because of the actor's page.
10. Do a standard reupload video to some porn sites (with your watermark at the bottom right), at least 1 video in 2-3 days. Do not wasting your time uploading them to famous site (pornhub, xvideos, xhamster, etc), since your videos mostly will be deleted for copyright content. Find a small-medium porn site that accept video uploading. Use google and a bit creativity to find them
11. This is the most interesting. Go to some famous porn studio (brazzers, naughty america, etc), find videos that suit your niche, and search for it through google using the original title. Hard to find it? Scroll down in google search page, find the "In response to multiple complaints that we received under ...." and explore every sites listed in DMCA complaint there. You'll find some tubesite url in that list. Try one by one, explore their site. Find as much as you can the videos you need, then embed it to your site. Most of them (low-medium tube site) use free video hosting that can be embed (if not, you can try to see its page source and find the video link). In your embedded video post, MAKE SURE you set Yoast SEO plugin to exclude your video from search engine. No DMCA complaint will happen to you (at least for me, it works). Don't worry about ads, the pirate owner who upload it to some video hosting of course will get money from you. But you got his videos, right? Use the exact same title with the original videos. Make a specific category for each porn studio.
12. By the time, the full video you embed form those low-medium site will appear in search result, but not from the video post. It can be shown because those videos appear in your other videos (embed from youporn or xvideos - point 4-8 above) as a related videos, or random videos, and many other probability. So, when someone go to brazzers, find a good movies trailer, and search it through google, he will find your site. Not the video page he wants, but he can explore it later when he realize that such videos available in your porn site.
13. Do all the above method for the first three months.
14. After three months, hire a great SEO service here in BHW. There are so many seller available. I used 1 of them, with total spend around $150.
15. You can try to ad some ads after you think that your site have decent visitor. NEVER USE A POPUNDER! Use only video slider, native ads, interstitial, and banner ads. Make sure your site still clean and has a good looks. I use exoclick, trafficstars and juicyads.
16. That's all. In my case, I got my first payment from exoclick in the sixth months. After that, it continues and increase until the 12th month (then I shut my site down).
How much did I spend? VPS (75) + Domain (15) + WP-script (72) + SEO service (150) = $312
How much did I receive? In the last months, it's around $700. Total I receive in 6 months time: around $2000.
