Best website ideas for making a few bucks?

Hello , i am very newbie so i am thinking to make a site with low cost but i dont know which would be the best niche or the right idea to make a few bucks,i mean not extreme money ,i am realistic just lets say 20 or 40 for few months and expand it slowly
i am thinking pet niche and marketing niche like deals and coupons but i think will not work and also dont know where to get the sources.If someone has any good idea please share it here ,my mind is thinking a lot but i feel like i am blocked by something and cannot make the next step.

It's a skill with exceeding demand, if you steer towards right network of people. Have you considered aquiring more clients via e-mail marketing and Ads?
