Just buy an offshore DMCA hosting for that, there plenty in teh BHW market that offers DMCA ignored hosting

There's no such a thing like bulletproof domain from DMCA, every single domain can receive DMCA and you can't stop that

Domain name extensions have a history and terminology behind them. .co is usually used by not for profit companies. .tv makes more sense for movie streaming.
DMCA can’t bring down your website until they have a takedown notice on account of copyright infringement or illegal broadcasting.

I have .nl now, but lately I'm getting a lot of DMCA - Google Search and I'm afraid they'm suspending this domain and I want to move to another domain!

i remember used https://njal.la/ back in the days , didnt had a problem

I have a question on court order and DMCA
Why the domains of websites like pdfdrive.com or b-ok.cc are not receiving any court orders, why are they working smoothly? I have seen many website there domains get blocked permanently if they post copyright books or other stuffs in long run.
But I didn't find out the reason why these domains are not blocked against DMCA content.
Anyone who has experience about this please answer.

If you get big enough, you're getting notices, even if you're not a public facing site. You need a registrar that doesn't respond (they all pretty much do now), hosting that won't respond (same thing).
Fwiw, b-ok/libgen have been taking down multiple times.
The woman who was in charge of scihub (science papers), they tried to sue and arrest multiple times. If she wasn't Russian, the US publishers probably would have had her incarcerated or worse. They eventually just gave up after trying to buy her, because Russia wasn't going to play ball with American companies going after a Russian scientist, in Russia. Swartz (American at MIT) was facing something like 100+ years in jail for pirating journals, which is more than you get for being a serial murderer/rapist.
Someone prominently affiliated with these for-profit journal companies in Russia (in fact the main guy) had foreign ties, was very Anti-Putin and allegedly actively trying to overthrow the Russian government. So, the woman in charge of sci-hub had nation-state backing to continue her pursuit.
So, if you're wondering how some sites stay up and some don't, make some important friends.
