Hey, basically, my reselling business is kind of growing and I'm planning on registering it next year. But what going on inside my head is that I'm not really sure how to prove my expenses. Do panels here give their customers invoices?

I live in Czechia, Europe.

Thanks for any kind of advice.

They don't, but the payment processor which they choose to pay with will give them an invoice.

So if I pay with Paypal, I can use the registered transactions as an invoice?

You can use Paypal invoice in your firm books to show your expenses..

Does it work even if the payment is as "friends and family" ?

Yes, many of them offer invoices (at least monthly). The "receipt" you get from the payment processors are not likely to be enough.

And for receiving payments from your clients, you need to apply the correct VAT taxes depending on the country and zero VAT for companies that provide a valid VAT id (for countries within EU).

To clear it up, I'm a subprovider and the website where I offer my jobs is a provider, they will eventually pay me if I send them an invoice of my services (I think I can basically sum it up as marketing services)

I was asking whether I can use the Paypal invoice if the payment sent to a panel is as "friends and family"

Interested with the questions if fnf payments are ok to be registered as expenses, in case of getting audited
