Usually with subreddits that have a no promotion rules, you can Clip a part from your video and upload raw footage of like 10 to 20 secs, and mention briefly in the comments that it was clipped from a youtube vid. It doesn't come of as promotion and it might get people interested (as the clip auto plays and someone might be interested) and it's less effortt too because they don't have to click the link and leave the app.

You can also try google ads, its not for ranking, but its to get new subscribers to your channel
 
Guys so the most important things to improve ctr is the thumbnails & titles, they're another factors ?

Maybe the number of views ?

Reddit is huge if you can make it work. But only if you can make it work, which is hard AF!!!

I'd stick to one game like cod then Go for 4 gaming videos and a short "how to video" . Like, how to mass unsubscribe to YouTube channels.

Make Sniper, rocket launcher,grenade montages. All you need to do is dissect every video you record of each online match.

You Can easily get 100 views,subs,favourites and likes on each video everyday with an android with 4g internet. that means you can get more than 100 HQ views on each videoa week over 5 videos. After uploading immediately start promoting.

you're 100% right

One of the mistake i made at the start is to upload long video (15min+)

from 3 day now i've uploaded only short video 5min max and i've 30-40 views/videos (10 max before)

I think at the start with little amont of sub the best way is video under 5 min to have better retention .

Join every group based on your game and youtube promotion and see if 1.accept Youtube videos 2. if they get a lot of interactions on their posts, join 200+ if you can and leave groups that are inactive or dont allow youtube posts

Twitter, make a mother account and 10 child accounts and the same as a facebook page tweet 3 videos a day with 2 hashtags in your niche, with the mother i wouldnt do the follow for follow technique use your child accounts and retweet and like your mother tweets.

Guys, if a video ctr etc is running bad is better to delete it or it's no very important ?
 
dont delete the video. just move onto the next. if you keep deleting vids all the time, it will hurt your channels authority
