Suspended Google Ads Accounts

Hi everyone,
I was running Google ads campaigns but I received a suspension in August. After this suspension, I created other websites but Google suspended my account after a few days.

Do you have a solution for that, please? What do you do to avoid getting banned from Google ads?

What kind of campaigns where u running? And did you use any threshold without paying back?
You're logged in from your local computer I guess? Do you have the same credit card? Same bank?
It can be caused because of many factors, explain little more in details thanks =)

Thank you for replying.

Shopping and search campaigns. But my merchant center is always the first one to get banned. After a few days, my Google ads get suspended too.

No, I always pay on time. I use my local computer and I usually use another card from the same card.

So you ran white hat campaigns? What was the reason they suspended your account?
Have you contacted the support or talked with them over phone?
They appreciate much more when they hear your voice and you can explain what you did/did not do wrong, it happened to me one time, and they restored my account back to normal.

It's impossible to contact them, they never reply. Do you have a number phone, please?

Just search on Google, something like google ads support. You'll get their phone number.

Yes, I've received an email but they never reply. Now, I need to understand why they banned it

It's hard to run shopping campaign nowadays. If your merchant center always get banned first, so problem is from your website/product, it may violet google policy because google doesn't accept dropshipping campaign. Many of my friends are facing with this issue. You should take a look at Adwords section on this forum, there are some post about shopping campaign getting banned. It may help you to find solution.

hey dumb question and late to the party but do you have more than one card linked to your merchant account? if google sees multiple cards from one banned accounts they will ban all accounts associated with that card. Ive had some issues with this in the past. Hope it helps and youve got it all sorted!

They can block you due to alot of factors if you running white I suggest you contact them even if it take a lot of time this is the best solution for you, you're not hiding anything and there is no case they'll not bring back your account and tell you what is the problem most case their bots blocked you due to some reasons if you get into real manual review there shouldn't be any problem be patience and contact them.
