Need help. Something in my Facebook activity i can't explain.

Because im obsessive i can't let this go.

I have an unfollow in my Facebook activity that i know 100% i didn't do. And i know 100% no one else did

The person i didn't unfollow has a ton of posts related to vaping. Reviews n stuff that i may have had an interest in years ago but in my activity log it doesn't show that i followed this person. It only shows that i unfollowed them on the 30th of November which i actually didn't.


Is there any other explanation for this? Like maybe it used to be a page that the person turned into a personal account? I don't know anything about Facebook so im lost.

If you didn't unfollow them, someone else did or else it wouldn't have appeared in your activity log. Change your password, and activate two-factor authentication. (Or lay off the drugs )

Lol i get your point but isn't it possible someone changed a FB page to a personal page? Which would lead to the unfollow

I am not sure, but I believe personal pages can also be followed. I know someone who changed a 10k likes fb page into a personal page and everyone still followed the account.
