Can't able to add VBA in US PayPal.

Hi Guy,
Recently I am facing an issue which is I can't able to add VBA in PayPal account. It is USA account. While I was trying to add bank, it is making error. So anyone know any solution how can I add VBA in PayPal? I am trying to add bank in USA personal account.

I mainly use Bank longin. And using Gvoice as a number and Datacenter proxy as IP.

Do not use datacenter IPs, and try using 4G mobile proxy instead. Try clearing the cache and try again.

After clearing cache, mobile isn't showing. That's the problem too.

NEVER use datacenter proxies whith Paypal, that's most likely the problem.

As same issue past 1 months i faced, still now same issue. Even i tried good residential IP with ISP also. I tried almost Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi bank always Same issue.
Anyone facing this issue recently.

Yes getting this same issue can't add bank to paypal

Never had any issues. I've just tried adding a transferwise bank.
