Submitting ID When BM is Restricted endless cycle.

Anyone have any issues submitting an ID to review a BM restriction but after it completes it asks you to submit again like it was never submitted in the first place? Have had this go on for 30 days until the 30 days are up and cannot submit as accounts is blocked and final decision. anyone?

Having exactly the same issue. I feel like it is a perm lock checkpoint. Completely different to the normal ID one. This one asks for an email for some reason. But can confirm the ID is going to some system since if you upload a random picture it will send you an email instantly saying that i's not an ID. Happening to every new locked profile for me.

I've seen the email submit part previously it's really a hit or miss sometimes it would be a phone number verify or email verify but once it asks for ID submit it'll basically loop over and over and over.

yeah, it's been like this for sometime and exactly! on only some accounts.. hopefully they fix this bug.. things are getting ridiculous out here haha..

Just browsers, but seems like a lot of people are having this issue either way..
