[Urgent] - Help needed with adsense address verification

So I requested a PIN 4 times to verify my address but couldn't receive any mail. I live in an apartment in North Cyprus, Turkey. Normally I thought I would have the option to verify by sending documents like utility bills or bank statements. But I learned It isn't available here in Turkey. I have more than 2000$ stuck there. Is there any solution to that.

How long has it been? I'm also waiting for some verification codes from google and didn't get anything yet. It's been 3-4 months now. Maybe it's due to the situation in the world and we'll have to wait a bit longer. I don't believe there's a way to speed up the process.

It has been 4 months. I guess the only option is to wait for the PIN
