What would you guys say is the best cloaking service for someone that has zero exp with cloaking?
I'm considering to try traffic armor, just cloak it or lead cloak?.
I'm planning to use it on search traffic and maybe on social

Well I'm suspect to say (see my sig), but JCI is the best cloaker out there for several reasons.

Leadcloak & JCI both are best. Easiet installation you can go for Leadcloak.
 
Does all cloakers requires me to have my own server? My technical knowledge sums up at basic html to edit my ripped pre landers, I've never worked with php or JavaScripts, what would you say is the best solution?

After placing cloaker code in html file you need to rename them to index.php so that cloaker code can work.

Yes it best if safepages are hosted over your server.
 
What server service/solution would you suggest for a cloaker? Does aws will do the trick?
