I keep them on my site as it's a better customer experience.

No that 20k is all costs still trying fb ads so not ready to invest that much yet. Each sale costs me under £2 before ad spend.

Vast majority of traffic was from free sources

may i ask what cost do you have involved in your business model. i can't get it how your cost sum up to £20000 ... do you have to pay amazon £2 for every sale you make or......?

As we are skirting around it I might as well give a brief outline.

Source 4 is a quiz which leads to a free plus shipping offer.

The product is one that connects to the quiz subject matter.

Now there is a bit more complexity to the model but essentially that's it.

I bulk buy from China, tart up the product and then need to post it out.

Really like the value-add of dressing the product up before re-shipping. But do you think about going with drop shipping model instead? Getting products sent from China in bulk can take a while.

You could definitely drop ship with this method it's just about managing the customer expectations.

Even with aliexpress shipping can take awhile.

As I understand, you target the fans of special Tv series (movies, books, ...) on social networks to get traffic for your quizzes.
Then you show an offer of related products to the fans who finished the quiz, am I right?
Based on your report it seems that your products are attractive, so why don't you sell them directly on social networks?

I mean eliminate the quiz section and just promote your sales page on social networks,

Yes that's my main twist on this journey the free plus shipping offer is a prize for getting x amount of questions right. They then claim the prize worth however much and merely pay the shipping.

It's a complete change in psychology and with enough convinces they are almost demanding to buy the product.

Usually yes, this week impossible haha. Black Friday cpc, for us at least, doubled.

Has your CPC gone down? Or is it going to be high this whole month due to the holidays?

A couple of smaller groups over the weekend Cyber Monday also paused paid ads as they were getting too high.

After Black Friday it feels a bit disappointing but still decent results. Happy with the site flow the website looks very simple but theres a lot going on.

Going to look into buying views for youtube to add some social proof.

1. I use stripe, PayPal and amazon pay. Dont like PayPal but it's a good option for people.

2 The result page is a congratulations you scored heres your prize and a call to action "claim my prize".

This takes them to a where do we ship to page and finally payment.

One thing that helps conversion is that I start the sales process at the landing page including mentioning that they have s&h to pay.

3. I don't mainly because it takes people off of my site and I would rather they stayed with me.

I have and am considering using them but as a convincer to an objection (ie adverts pay for the prize). Need some consideration.

1). I kinda have both depending upon what I am promoting. If it's a kindle book then I use an amazon affiliate link to get people to my book.

If it's a product then this is from China. You could dropship but I buy stock from China and tart them up to look more expensive. I also have a packaging upsell.

2). I haven't encountered any problems but I am careful with what i publish. I dont use copyrighted images and the youtube videos are from the copyright owners. I haven't had any issues with kdp.

I was wondering, what if you just upload your kindle book on your site and create your own store!
wouldn't you get a higher conversion rate?
Since users will reamin on your site with better user experience
