hello my account was limited after receiving a big twitch donation.

The issue is that im using my brothers account so its under his name. But im using my bank with my name. So the bank statement would show my name and not his name.
My actual paypal account was limited like 8 years ago cause i was under age.

I also used my date of birth under his name cause he was still under age too.

So im not sure if im somehow able to get the account unlimited with your service?
hoping its possible. Please please let me know.
