My CTR is very low and i know the problem ...

i'm trying 10 videos/week but i'll make 15

Actually is more test mode with differents games,

What is Russ's method about CTR please ?

Now i'll try to uptade 2 very similar videos on old and new channel with differents thumbnail style to check the difference, i'll make an uptade here
Daaamn son! That's way too much. I would say upload 5 times/week at most. At this rate, I'm thinking you just upload raw footage which I'm not sure it will be beneficial for your channel. Focus on your edits more and on your titles and thumbnails. That's what I would do. Also, only post great outplays and legendary games (not sure if that's applicable to your genre) or really informative content. "Spamming" youtube like this won't yield great results.

Oh okay i'll change my upload number,

i've read a lot on this forum to upload 2-3 times per day on gaming niche ...

Actually if i'm uploading lot of videos is because i'm trying differents game to check the impression etc

but for sure my target is to upload 5 videos/week , video like compilation, best of, top 10 etc

2hours ago i uploaded a new video with a new game (random dice)

with title like best dice for pvp with huge flashy thumbnail and i've actually 11 views (it's very high for my channel in 2h) i've 5 view max in 2h with the other games and classic thumbnail

you cant do that bro. that will come out as one of the spammy game channels. if you want to be a legit creator, you need to focus on doing content that you enjoy.

At the start it was basic video with intro,

but my last 3 videos i make it like compilation (cut loading screen, ads etc)

it's better to watch

maybe it's better to delete ''bad'' videos ?

First video about one game, with clikbait thumbnail and super title

I've 2 dislike ,

Last time i read something on internet, like or dislike is similar for youtube algo, for example a video with dislike is better thank a video without like/dislike it's true ?

About thumbnail and video tittle i think the words BEST/TOP/MY FAVORITE... are very powerfull

It directly catch eyes attention , by this way from next week i'll only upload 5-7 videos/week with good thumbnails & titles

PS: just an uptade when i'm writing this comment, i've checked my video, put the same title and i don't found my video on youtube so
how it's possible to have 22 views ? and 113 impression in 12h ...

Youtube is recommending your content if you are getting impressions. Your ctr is high

Last time i told you when i upload a video, i get 2-3 comments from little channels, maybe it help a little bit

I'll try this ''trick'' too, search on youtube last uploaded videos from my niche and put comment on little channels

I'm happy, but i don't understand to be honnest, i'm rank 13 with (game name) gameplay and rank 11-14 with other keywords too
But the thumbnail is very very clikbait lol

I'll try to make another video in this style 2 day later and see the stats

But i repeat Tubebuddy is fucking good ...

Recommended tag, all automatisation etc i love it ...

Last 2 videos i've changed everythink, and it's strange but i start to have better impression and ctr , for the curious what i changed :

Thumbnail, now i make more mysterious thumbnail to catch the eyes of visitors

Title of the video, before my title was like (game name) gameplay pvp (part 1)
and now it's more like (game name) gameplay : How to be better in pvp !

Tags/keywords, only long keyword first 2 keyword is the title of my video

About the video, It's more like compilation , for my last video, the brut version is 12min44 duration and after cuting etc the final version for youtube is 7min59 duration (i cut ads, loading screens, intro when you open the game etc)

I start to have good skills on davinci resolve so i enjoy to mix and upload videos actually
about the thumbnails etc i'm using photoshop from 7-8 years now so it's easy , i just make wrong thumbnail choice ...

My last video :

I know it's little numbers, but the channel is clean 0 bot views etc

Soon i'll share some pdf etc that i'm currently reading , some news some old you just need to select the right infos for you ..

They're 2 solutions actually, the first one is to make shoutout, and the second one (my favorite) is to buy view from smm pannels (high retention if it's possible)

If you have any tips please share it :)
not a youtube expert, but don't forget about solution 3: spamming the shit out of your videos on relevant communities. if i had to spam my videogame videos (i would do so on Reddit as it's my favorite social network), rather than directly linking random people to them, i would go to the top comment and make an obscure reference to my video (a joke you can only get after seeing the video). when someone inevitably asks you what the hell did you mean with your comment, i would link them to my video, maybe with a timestamp. make sure to have a couple of accounts doing it, make sure to only do it 1 of every 12 comments (the rest should be normal, not spammy interactions, this is super important). don't do it in just 1 subreddit, pick a few, don't always link the same video, don't always make the same reference. maybe even put the reference on quotes so it's 100% clear it's actually a reference and not a random comment. yeah, its grunt job, but you gotta start somewhere. and to be honest, if you have money for SMM pannels, you can pay your little cousin some bucks to do it for you or something.

but as i said, i am not a youtube expert (and i am not a reddit expert either). if you try it, please update us on how it goes, whatever it works or not.

I really need to keep attention on reddit, I never used this platform, I'll definitely read some book about reddit and try something

Thank you for your comment :)

no prob. reddit HATES spammers with a passion, they will literally check your commenting history to make sure you arent a spammer. but at the same time, interactions like the one i described happen fairly often, and videogames/pcmr subreddit radiate energy rarely seen on other social networks. if you have some bucks to give it a try, you can also buy upvotes for your "reference" comment, ensuring you make it higher and making you more visible. reddit upvotes are fairly cheap, as far as i know.

Reddit is like a forum?

For example if I post a message now someone will read it or I need to have followers etc?

yeah, its a cluster of many forums on all topics. comments are ordered by upvotes, not by chronological order.

that's part of Reddit's beauty. followers aren't a factor. its a feature that just doesn't get used. if your comment is witty and comes early, you can stand at the top of the comments section with an almost new account. and you can (what I suggest) pick the top comment and implement what i suggested there, so you dont necessarily need to make it early to the post. if 30 accounts answer to the top post (and each answer spams a conversation of its own), what determines the order of the answers (and closeness to the top, making it more visible) is the upvotes of each of those 30 answers. that's why i think buying upvotes to try this will be necessary to get all the traffic juice possible.
the best way to understand Reddit is by making an account and browsing whatever you have an interest in. i find it a lot less painful than browsing, say, facebook.

Thank you i'll try reddit soon :)

I think commenting early in posts is something you can do, but then again not every post is guaranteed to make it to trending. So commenting/replying to the top comment (comment with highest upvotes) guarantees that other people see your comment (this also refered to as "highjacking the top comment")

yeah, its a cluster of many forums on all topics. comments are ordered by upvotes, not by chronological order.

you can also find communities to link your stuff, be it a community around your favorite game (make sure to check whether self promotion is ok or not), or communities that consist of small youtubers, or even subreddits like r/shamelessplug where you can link anything and everything. i usually don't expect anything from them because links can get spammy, but hey someon might check it so its not as bad.

Usually with subreddits that have a no promotion rules, you can Clip a part from your video and upload raw footage of like 10 to 20 secs, and mention briefly in the comments that it was clipped from a youtube vid. It doesn't come of as promotion and it might get people interested (as the clip auto plays and someone might be interested) and it's less effortt too because they don't have to click the link and leave the app.
