Why not just say Happy Christmas? I mean wtf is 'Noel'

I am well aware of the attempted application here but it's actually Noël.
It's joyeux noël or joyeuses fêtes. Or Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

And yes there are other languages but this is an English speaking forum. Maybe you might see how that forum rule helps matters now?

Maybe there's some french forum down a few octave to the left or right of the rack where you can talk about scraping your toenails to curdle cheese and roast frogs legs and drinking wine for breakfast but we don't tolerate that foreign talk on here. You hear?! Read the rules if you don't believe me
