Can I use an account of paypal from an account of ebay permanently suspended, in a new ebay seller account?

Or i need create new paypal account for new ebay seller account?

Why would you risk? Go for a new account, it's safer

To answer your question - YES.
But is it safe? NO. Since you can easily get linked from your previous suspended account.
Best is to have new set of stealth accounts.

Yes, you can link your old PayPal account to your New eBay Account. But you will be suspended in a few days.

I linked my new stealth Paypal to my old eBay account. No issues. They are no longer in partnership so I don't think they share information anymore. If you create a stealth paypal, age it in a bit before linking stuff to it straight way. Make some payments through it etc.

Yeah, you will most likely get linked. eBay is not stupid, they will crack on. Good luck to ya
