CPC for Romanian words

If you are not Romanian, you should be very careful as my mother language have no less than 5 speaking times, not just past/present/future, but others as well. I know, was a Roman Empire joke. Romanian also it's not spoked as English, but we use different approaches, including shortcuts which you will be not able to understand if you are not a native.
If you are one of us, you can use Ahrefs + Google Ads itself, just don't finish the campaign (don't start the paid ads), of course, both of them can't reflect 100% the reality but you will estimate your keywords. I can be wrong, I am don't use Ads, but I am 100% sure about keyword research as this I am doing for a living.

To have an idea of your niche you need ahrefs first to find all the keywords related and then a Google ADS account to see how much it is for each. You need to take all the combinations possible and see the CPC related to it - accuracy will be at about 60-70% but you need to use the phrase and exact match, don't use broad match. From there you will need to test the campaign on a real account and see how much will be exactly according to the website that you have.
Example:
Having a construction-related website and having keywords like "shoes", "boots" - CPC could be ~1EUR - but if you have something related to shoes and boots for constructors into landing CPC for the same keywords could be 0.2 - 0.4EUR
