Obviously I don't know your exact issue, however I have had of FB blocking devices from using FB family apps .
No I don't think FB will fix this for you. You can try their support but....

Wow I wonder why they would block me I didn’t do anything. Someone said I should reset my settings back to factory settings but I don’t want lose any of photos or apps

Also, did you try to switch your proxies ? It often helps in this "error" case. A different device ID also might.

It basically depends on which software you're automating your accounts, but if you don't have any, try to change your network connexion.

You would normally do it under your phones NETWORK > WIFI > MODIFY WIFI menu.
BUT this does not work with IG / FB apps due to how they are built and you would need to put the account in WHITEHAT mode (facebook > settings > ) in order for them to use the network proxy.
But for you and your issue, these suggestions won't help, I'm afraid

I tried everything I just reset it my iphone back to factory settings and it didn’t work. I still can’t login on the app. I guess Fb blocked me from using the app. I don’t know why. Its not fair at all. I can login fine on my friends phone or any browsers Just not the freaking app! I called Apple and AT&T and they told me I had to report it to Facebook it was a problem with the app. I’m screwed.

than solution change your phone. dont use iphone again, for you next phone..

But I love iPhone lmao I don’t know how to an Android haha. I think I should just get a new iPhone. I’m thinking of upgrading my iPhone 8 Plus to iPhone 11 since they dropped the prices.

its not that i am a Iphone hater, it's just i se less and less reason to use iPhone, more cons than pro, and seem the cons grow every year.

They might have noticed your proxy or multi profile activity. Unfortunately, their support is almost non-existent.

Happens on android as well. I had assumed it was because they had tied the phone to multiple accounts that got banned or other devious behaviour. But seems OP was just using their normal account normally.
But they will need another phone, or somehow do something to make FB think it is a new phone - no idea how on iphone or if is even possible

well never hapened on my phone, even though the acc is logged on multiple device. and i also log multiple fb acc at the phone.

It obviously doesn't happen to everyone. But just because it hasn't happened to you, doesn't mean it doesn't happen

Someone on YouTube who was having the same issue as me with login on the app they said they bought another phone and they can login fine on the app.
