As we can't open an Amazon seller account in our country, I am looking for a partner who has Amazon seller account to sell my items:
Handcrafts, clothes, ceramics, rugs, essential oils, aloe vera and argan health care and cosmetics, bio food...
I offer 50/50 profit basis.
Anyone interested?

I would incorporate in the USA, open a seller account, and use FBA for fulfilment. Send the stuff in bulk to them, they'll do the rest.

Giving up 50% of profits isn't worth it for you or the joint. You don't actually need the joint and the joint could make very little money. If you're selling a mug for $100 (to keep the math easy), it costs you $80 to make it, pack it, ship it, etc. and Amazon wants $10. That leaves you with $10 profit and the joint gets $5 or 5% of revenue. They could get 4% of revenue from Amazon affiliates with a blog and advertise whatever is profitable and selling best at the moment. List twice as many products and they'll make more money with less hassle, you'd have to have products that consistently are top sellers with insane margins for this to be worth it for you.

So just incorporate and offload the physical labor to Amazon. Sending packages in bulk is cheaper (the cost savings here should cover your Amazon fees) and your customers can use prime to get it in 2 days (typically you can be higher priced with prime and people will still go with you). There's no reason for you to joint venture this.

Thanks for the info... It will be useful for everyone following this thread...

I could give you advice but you don't need me to take a percentage of your sales, and realistically I don't want your money. There's a fair chance you need it more than I do.

Incorporation can be done for a couple hundred bucks, open a bank account, setup Amazon FBA. There's nothing special about any of that. The only thing that can get complex is taxes and import duties if you're sourcing items yourself outside the USA, prepping them yourself, and then sending in bulk to FBA after you prep the items (typically label with Amazon barcode). But you can avoid that entire process by sourcing online, sending it to an FBA prep facility in the USA, which then forwards to FBA with the appropriate labeling. You won't even touch a single item of product then and the USA business would be doing everything on US soil. You'll still be paying a decent Forex spread (fees) when converting USD to your local currency but this isn't a complex problem that you need to pay for help.

How much do you expect in profit?
I intend to sell at Amazon 250% of the original price.
So profit Will be about 150% of the original price minus Amazon fees

Dear sir
What you said is True but i am oblige to work with à partner because in Tunisia we can't open an Amazon seller account.
Better for me to keep all the profit for me not to share it with another person but i am obliged to do that.
But i intend to earn more that 5%
I Will ask 250% of the original price
So profit Will be 150% minus Amazon fees.
Is it possible to have a corporation in usa and manage Amazon account while living in Tunisia ?
