I just was tagged by to person, who did like 100 comments with 5 tags each in under one hour. How did he bypass the strickt Limits?

lmao he just owns both accounts and so the comments dont get deleted.
Yeah but no normal account can do 100 comments with 5 mentions each in less than an hour without any blocks
Hey, I've tested this feature in the past. Only a few starting 100/200 people get notifications of it (/actually get tagged). Rest just shows up as comments and no notification gets sent to them.
Maybe you were tagged somewhat in the starting when he started mentions.

You can definitely do close to 100 comments in an hour, but you have to slowly increase the number of actions you do at a time. Generally the most you want to do at a time is 20, with 10-15 minutes in between batches. But even that isn't recommended. I've managed to get that many actions in an hour before, but you have to slowly work up to it over a period of several weeks.
Yeah I think this is possible as well but these accounts are brand new. Was tagged in a different post today from a brand new account which did like 150 comments with 5 mentions each in an hour
Talked to the guy. He said it was brand new

if you know the username, you can check the age of that account easily to verify
