Ads not running despite being approved and active

My google merchant is approved all the ads and when i entered in the new billing info and created a campaign in adwords it seems to be stuck. Usually my ads start running within 2 hours but it seems they are not running despite being active and eligible. Anyone know whether this is a good or a bad thing? hanks in advance.

Tell me now is it running? Sometimes Google do a manual review for new campaigns but it's completely normal. if it doesnt get running after 2 days then it can be a troublesome.

Nope its not running. On the third day since starting the campaign and adding new payment info

Try changing bidding options. I also suggest tweaking settings.

I increased the daily budget by .25. Nothing seems to be happening.

Copy it and paste in the same group, try targeting all countries first.
Second ad will go under review again, delete the approved one.
This help when ur ad stuck.

You should drive down to the headquarters and threaten them

There might be a manual review which could take up to 3-7 days to finish.

how many cases of similar situations already, don't you read the chat. Google introduced such a rule because everyone is trying to deceive him. Therefore, make normal accounts similar to real users

Actually normal businesses are shutting down indefinitely without valid reasons. They keep appealing and going no where- just bunch of automated replies from bots. I used all legit info, including real CC real residential IP real website (no cloaking) yet my accounts are suspended. Sometimes they get approved run for 3 weeks then same misrepresentation issues comes again. Its ridiculous.

Maybe manual review to approve ad might have slowed down due to the thanksgiving long weekend. Check next week. It should be fine.

I never encountered these "manual reviews". normally ads start right away if your merchant ads are active and approved.

I don't know. Mine didn't start immediately but it was only like less than 8 hours to get started.
I think they are doing a manual review just to make sure the ad is not one of their supported categories.

Hey @emmamarble, when an ad is not running and it's "not" because it's been disapproved, the first thing is to actually confirm is "not" running. Once you have that information it can inform your next steps, as to whether you have to communicate with someone or whether you have to adjust bids. Remember that some keywords depending on the campaign can cost you over a dollar just to get impressions.
