Amazon withhold my $72000 after closed my account

Last month i received an rmail from amazon:

Your Associates account is at risk of closure. Why? We reviewed your account as part of our ongoing monitoring of the Amazon Associates Program. During our review, we determined that you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement, found here: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/agreement.

• To complete our review, we need you to provide more information about how you’re referring customers to the Amazon Site. Within five business days please provide a detailed description of the methods you are using to refer traffic to the Amazon Site by providing: • A list of the Sites on which your Special Links or banner ads are posted, • advertising services you are using, • links to screenshots of your Site’s analytics tools that show your Site traffic and its sources, • the keywords you are using to drive referrals, • any plugins or browser add-ons you use, • live links to your Sites, • a sequence of links that allows us to duplicate the clicks the majority of your customers make to get to the Amazon Site via your Special Links, and • do refer Operating Agreement for more details

What Next? Within five business days please correct the violations and notify us when you are in compliance through our customer service contact page

I submit all information but they still shutdow for a reason.

Well, tried to reach them a few times but they finally closed my account without pay for 2 early monthly commision.
Its has $72k total inside. I am not living in US so it hard to reach a lawyer for that.
I will send mail to [email protected] everyday until i feel ok

They cutting down the % this year, they also steal affiliater hard works and money too

Amazon would rather have you as an affiliate making money for them indefinitely than steal your *measly* 72K.

Either you did something wrong, or they THINK you did something wrong and you can't prove otherwise, which is basically the same thing.

For you to earn 75k, you probably have referred thousands of customers and I don't think they'll treat you this way if you're legit.

did you send any cheap traffic from any advertising platform, I heard many did this to earn quick cash from amazon as it converts without the knowledge of users, I mean using the cache trick to convert

If you're doing this, then it may be a reason for account termination

if you did backilink from some third party which are pnb and that site is not legitmet and that backlink leads to sales by false information then there might be chance of account suspension

That's a violation friend. This will cause to account termination. The thing is they should check that before, at least it wont waste your time and effort if they capture this in the beginning. From that perspective they are wrong too. But the platform is own by amazon though, So as the affiliate sellers we need to follow the rules.

It happened to one of my friends. Then he contacted the product companies and asked for some $$$ to put their link to their online store. Now he is earning 5x than what he was earning with Amazon.

Come on people... Fck mmzzon, Fuk ebby, uck PP and all big companies, We As IMers bring money to those ass t...sSSS and at the end we are the illegal people? Do we have to Comply to such misarable comisions?? really? many people will do it even me at some point, CUZ I AM LAZY ASS and seems the simple short cut but...

Contact those sellers , ask how much would they pay you each sale and make a deal, if someone does not want, there is plenty of sellers for the same product i can guarantee some will accept and will prefer to sell outside Amzon.

We as imers have a lot of info about creating stores, getting traffic and chosing trusted payment processors at the end sellers do not know a fck about that, thats why they choose platforms such that, cuz they are also lazy assses , if we solve their problem we will gain them as clients so do not bother with being a worker for a big firm..

BE YOUR OWN FIRM, BE YOUR OWN BOSS , CREATE YOUR OWN RULES...

OP, if you break their T&Cs you don't really have cause for complaint.
