As simple as that, has anyone here used ARGO Backlink Bot?

If so:

1. What has been the experience with the software?
2. Does it really work?
3. Does it serve to create quality backlinks?
4. Has anyone been able to improve the ranking of a website using this software?

I have searched for reviews on the Internet but I have not found a single one.

I've not used it. But I've seen a video of it working on Youtube. It looks like a blog post scraper and submitter.
These aren't high quality links.
