Any vcc vendors or types that can be used as billing method with google ads ?

Recently bought a vcc card off a vendor for other reasons, I tried to link it to a new google ads account and got this error: "correct this card info or try a different card."
Does anyone know of some vendors or card types that can bypass this error message?
