OK I am gonna tell a secret. I am managing huge FB groups, where I get constant post requests for blog posts. What I do is I check them if they are new and not indexed (usually they are) I copy the content and post it on my blog. Works awesome. Oh, I forgot to say, I block that user from the group after I finish with him.
