I know this might seem like a noob question.

I've made some mistakes in the past, and wanted to avoid the same mistake (Built a news blog, was 4 months into it before realizing Adsence doesn't accept news blogs).

I intend diving into a Blogging Niche ( you know, where people could read article on how to become successful bloggers).

I intend writing maybe 50-60 articles by myself in the period of 7 months, after getting approved by AdSense, then i might start getting ideas from the Big websites.

My question is, will i be successful? with the big websites like wpbeginner, shoutmeloud, is there a future for new blogs?

If we knew that we would have won the lotto long time ago LOL It all depends on the niche you are blogging about and the keywords you are trying to rank your blog posts for.

You know no one in the world can't tell you yes or no.

Focus on creating things, focus on things you love, put on the side what's "trending" and what people love reading/watching.

What is that YOU CAN OFFER to the rest of the world?

In all these popular niches, especially blogging, everything has been said, done, shared, learned, I'm positive there's nothing you can offer in that niche that will help someone, in 99% it's just going to be copy/paste articles from what we already know and it has been shared billion times and only difference is writing style.

Don't get me wrong, I've been there, we have all been there and as all starters, new people will always go from the top rather than the bottom.
Not sure why is that like that but it is, that is a fact.

Me personally, I've been creating sites that I KNOW no one will ever read cause, there is nothing so special and new I could offer to others, I knew that shit but still I went for that option, why?
Because I was not thinking realistically, period!

I’m not saying people shouldn’t go for a popular niche right away, I’m just saying it’s a waste of time in most cases and our own time has no damn price, remember that.
If I had someone to tell me this I would kiss him in the ass.

All the best @htmlweeb

You're completely right, a blog should be a passion project and it should give you opportunities to learn and then teach things through text while also improving your writing skills.
Blogging for me would just be an extension to a personal brand, since the only unique thing about you is you!

Exactly!

The first few sites I ever did was about blogging, affiliate marketing, and traffic.
Just because I felt like I know what I need to do, doesn't mean I really know :)
These are some small things that, the sooner we understand and put them in the right place, the faster we will progress in everything.

Thank you for speaking out the truth. I'll just dump the idea and move on to a niche I'm Knowledgeable on :D

if you just jump over like nothing know what to do, then you probably gonna fail.

know about the keywords difficulties, your competitors on that niche you want to target on,on-page & off-page, all SEO stuffs.

nowdays everything getting harder and harder, you should know you need to rank higher to get more traffic, to get higher ranks you need to do proper SEO on your site.

I'm pretty sure blogging niche is one of the hardest niches, but you can still target low competition keywords, so you need to know how to do keywords research and find it.

that way you can get rank higher faster and traffic.

You haven't found success as a blogger and now you want to teach other people how to be a successful blogger?

Come on man!

Thats what all gurus do.

Most of the bloggers writing about blogging have only 1 blog to showcase.

And all of them monetize using webhosting, seo tools and marketing tools affiliate programs.

Are you willing to do everything to make your blog the best blog for beginners? If the answer is yes, you are going to be successful. :)

Agree. But we don't need another fake guru blog. There seems to be a new one popping out every minute. :D

if you want to get traffic, then you have to make keyword research and target low competition keywords,
don't expect to write an article about "the best hosting websites" and get it to rank easily
learn SEO and social media marketing before starting will help you to know what you should do

ofc no noob, Its depends on ur content in blog, and make more fans to follow u

I don't think adsense is a good idea at the moment in blogging. There are better Ad Management Networks...
