Signing up to Instagram using Facebook

So i tried using one of my Facebook accounts to sign up on Instagram but it asked to verify my phone number. I thought maybe it would bypass that because im using Facebook.
(my Facebook account is phone verified)

Anyway to get over this?

probably you can't sing in without a phone, but you can try some services which provides you the phone number like for two minutes. You will get the message with code on this number, paste it in the inst and it's done
just google it, like "one-off phone number"

It does work but then when i like a pic it says "we noticed unusual activity, please confirm with number"

In this case I would say your device or IP is probably flagged
