I read a good article on here about gifs in adverts but I find fb ads expensive.

Do you use them on your site?

I did and will use them on my site.

They aren't too expensive. You can very easily get a $0.05 CPC and can get lower. If you have a good money making setup then its a great way to make consistent profit + FB ads are very easy to scale to huge numbers.

I tried it with my book and found I was losing money.

I couldn't get as low as 0.05p. I was paying around 0.30p.

I was mainly talking about quizzes. With physical products you won't get that low unless its some revolutionary viral product. Quizzes are super cheap to advertise.

With those earnings you could make a killing on FB ads.

I will have a look in time soon to advertise and have tracking pixels in place to build audiences.

I just want to make sure the process is running smoothly before throwing money at it. I have a good USP and I method that really changes the game.

The beauty of quizzes though is that you can scale and I will do that.

I have tried several quiz plugins out and have settled on the one which I think best suits my needs.

Not on the site I don't.

I will later pay for adverts later on for traffic.

Just want to get the system right before spending money on traffic.

The beauty of the quiz world is that it is if enough for all of us.

Been another good day today. Didn't do any extra promotion as I am wanting to see how the back end works out.

The post purchase engagement emails went out to those that bought. Decent open rate but I am not surprised they were waiting for my email.

There is another 4 in the pipeline for them and the abandoned cart recovery emails have also started.

Small update

Looking through analytical data and it appears that video questions rock.

Higher time on site and conversion.

My thought for those that run ads is that this is another outlet for you. I have been running clips from the TV shows but no reason you couldn't use your own monitised content.

Well you can’t use Facebook ads, click cost minimum 0.5$ (I mean normal targeted clicks ) so for 3000 you spend 1500$ and he made 300$ . Didn’t break even.

This might be the average CPC for products or services. Content like this is a different world.

Its possible to get $0.05 CPC for Facebook ads consistently or even lower for certain niches.
