Not mine but people here can try out this method I found in other thread:

if you have a withdrawal vcc.. you can withdraw in vcc then can transfer form transferwise, and for EU you can easily withdraw with revoult form the vcc.. simple

if you have usa account transfer in vcc then transfer via transferwise with a less charge, or if you are in EU then revoult. transferwise support 39 countries to make transfer

Paying Fiverr fees much better to being limited and waiting 180 days to get your money back
