Just wanted to share some of my experience with this site.
My site got approved for Adsense after about 2 weeks. I'm not sure if this will help anyone or if it affected the approval, but I added 15 spun articles (spun with WordAI, then fixed the grammar with Grammarly) to the site for content. I also followed patadeperro's guides.

I haven't done any promotion to the site until after it got approved in Adsense.
So yesterday after it got approved, I posted my site on less than 10 LinkedIn groups. I only have small traffic, but I got this earning. I enabled auto ads.

I am satisfied so far. I will buy more sites once I get used to the promotion process.

Hi , the categories and the cities depend on how you chose your site example: if you chose a city, State or country based website you will have up to 25 categories , the site will only show the top 15 but the rest will be there, if you chose a category based site then you will have the top 15 cities shown in the main page but you will get as many cities as they are.

You will get up to 200 jobs daily that will help you with the content, the hosting you use can be a shared host all the heavy lifting is managed by us, all you will be getting is a plain text file daily to be inserted in your website, all this is done automatically.
