Ogads we are not approving at this time

Hey guys! I tried to sign up for ogads 5 times but got rejected every single time then I finally decided to message bobby on skype he asked for payment proof for another network which I gladly sent him but then he said "sorry cannot approve" i asked why and he said we are not approving at this time.

is this happening to anyone else or has anyone tried to create an account around October 27th and got rejected?

There was a lot of cheaters joining Ogads recently, i think that's why they are strict to accept new members "Honestly will do the same if I was the owner"
Anyway i don't see why they would accept new members since they have good publishers who bank hard their, and cap all the offers lol
