Interesting, I'm wondering if anyone has any alternate ideas beyond adult dating for monetizing it.
If we go full black hat, you could create a site that claims to do personal videos for people from a certain artist. Then you just take a clip of that artist and use deep fake technology to do "custom" videos for people at like 100 a pop.

Some sites convert better than others. I've uploaded to a site specifically for webcam videos and gotten lots of views but zero registrations. I switched to Pornhub and I started getting some signups after about 10k views.

Firstly, I would try using xvideos and Pornhub too, and remember to use tracking/SubID so you know which site is working for you.
The number of click you have is low, but I would still expect a PPL/SOI/DOI lead with 50 odd clicks.
As others have said, try dating offers or cams. No one pays for porn as you can basically get anything for free, the conversion rate on VOD porn sites is like 1/500. I've never had much luck with cams, but have heard the conversion rate on the Jerkmate cam offer is up to 10%!
You say you have put your link/URL in the watermark and no one is visiting it, but WHY should they? I mean what is their motivation? You need to give them some reason. Lots of videos might end just before the 'money shot' or show a popular cam girl just before she gets naked - THAT is motivation to type in your url!
Other people say you need to upload more videos, basically spam them. But I prefer to find a few quality videos, use good titles and tags (where applicable) and share in popular Reddit subs to get 50k views on one video than 1k views on 50 videos.
