Getting a second backup stripe account for a high risk business

Hello, I currently run a high risk marketplace that is easily susceptible to fraud. We have done a good job lately at catching fraud before it gets too out of control but I want to have a second payment gateway (MUST BE STRIPE) in case we get an emergency that results in our gateway being banned from card networks. What is advisable to do this?

in any case, its wise to find another provider to split the traffic
Why you need another stripe account? (it is because of your technical setup?)
