What Tiago refers to are likely sub-syndication feeds. They might be easier to get but also come with some serious risks. Firstly you have no clue how much the middle-man takes from you.
Do they take 30%, 50%, or even more? There is zero transparency and you have to trust in their reporting.
Often these guys also get their feed from someone else who wants a piece of the pie, so even less money for you.
Secondly, sub-syndication feeds are not allowed by Bing and Yahoo. The search companies have systems in place to check the quality and where the searches come from. This means that when they catch you, they will kill that feed in a heartbeat and you won't get paid by the guy who provided it to you as he will find out much later his feed was switched off. (he won't be notified by the search engine).
And if you were using your feed on e.g. torrent sites or gambling/adult related apps you might get into some serious legal trouble with Microsoft/Verizon themselves. Good luck with that.
Bottomline. If you run something blackhat and you want to monetize through search, you have no choice to go with these sub-syndication partners. They don't care too much as long as you generate money. However, if you do have a legitimate business and product which you think Bing/Yahoo wouldn't have a problem being associated with you should apply for a direct feed.
As Tiago said, it's not that easy to get. For Bing for example there are only 3 official partners in the world who can provide the feed, but you will make much more money.
If you are interested in a direct feed hit me up. I have a friend who works for Codefuel, the largest official partner, and could possibly help you. But please only when you have a legit app, website, or extension. (I have used up some of my credit with him before by referring someone from BHW..)
