250 Hops and Zero Sales. Maybe YOU have the solution?

Hello everyone!

Having a though time making that first sale happen, and hoping YOU can help me out!

Been generating traffic to a quiz landing page, but people don`t click on the Affiliate`s link in the end. I'm promoting a ClickBank offer (Ted WoodWorking). Would like helping analysing these results. Thank you in advance

Results from TODAY:
28 hops (people who to got to the VSL)
182 Page Views in the Quiz. (only 15% of quiz viewers get to the offer page)
211 Clicks
CTR on FBAds: 8%
Amount spend on FB Ads: 32 dollars.

Campaing objectives in my 4 campaings: one purchase, one "Lead" (people who got to the end of the quiz), two Traffic page views.

I'm advertising to a small targeted audience (1.3 million) through interest.

Does this landing page sucks? Is the offer the problem? What would you do to improve my funnel and get that first sales going? Here`s the link to the quiz: https://sites.google.com/view/woodwork-command/

Split test the hell out of it

Switch traffic sources, offers, funnels, targeting or whatever you can change. Monitor everything as good as possible. Maybe install a heat map tracker on your website or something else to analyse the users' behaviour to find out where they bounce.

A/B test with multiple version of landing pages. Get the help of a professional copywriter if nothing works.

Ok! That seems to be answer to every question we can possibly have haha. Going to try some new stuff!! I would like to know how much is OK to spend on the offer before the first sale?

Maybe the advertiser or network is shaving(stealing) leads.. are you sure offer 'converts' - this is common thing but people are not aware of that anybody will steal from you - even Google and Facebook.. if not more than others.. my advice is - get good' proxys and credit cards and take trials for the offers you think to promote.. it will pay back to them later..

Check the checkout funnel manually if the user is actually able to purchase. You shouldn't expect any shaving here. You can split test the offer anyways.

Shaving will never happen in the beginning of a campaign. The network would loose countless affiliates that way.

There's nothing like good or bad price for XY hops. It's all about ROI. If you spend $100, get only 10 hops but five of them convert (impossible with clickbank or any other offer, this is just an example) and you make $200, it's definitely a good campaign to run.

On the flip side, you may get 1,000 hops for $100. But if none convert, it's not a good campaign to run.

The key in paid traffic is patience, and tracking. How much have you spent overall so far? It's hard making this work unless you spent at least 1K and collected some information (with the help of tracking)...

Not sure if every problem, but for ads and email marketing for sure. Without a/b testing, you are just hoping something will work. With testing, you compare which one works better, and do further testing to optimise even that. There's a difference.

Clickbank can be tricky with ads especially.
