I have never worked with adfly but I think so too. There is no buyer intend or something like that. It's a content locker that goes away after five seconds. 99.9% of users are annoyed by what they have to see in order to get to their offer.

and yet... I remember 10 years ago or so adfly had been my 1st go-to source for traffic. Was promoting PTC programs and traffic exchanges at that time and adfly was bringing me 100s of real people a month into the programs I was promoting. I kind of miss that era
