So basically i can get around 50-80 sign ups on anything per day from real people. Is there anything that offers like an referral program where you get paid per install / sign up etc?

Almost all bigger affiliate networks have offers for PPI.

Depends on your traffic. You can create landingpages really quick without much effort.

well if you have that mush of sign ups in one day you can make 100$/day, even more if your traffic's from usa
just join to some cpa network there a lot of great cpa networks! i recommend cpabuild for the weekly payment!

It's very hard for me to get offers completed, but getting sign ups etc is very much easier.well if you have that mush of sign ups in one day you can make 100$/day, even more if your traffic's from usa

well i didn't use CPAlead yet but you can start with what ever you want, just read the reviews about the network before joining...

Just read about CPA, there are tons of tutorials out there. Explaining everything in detail here would take too much time.

Depends on traffic geo if it's tier 1 or tier 3, tier 1 have a lot more offers paying much better while tier 3 pays close to nothing.
You can search for offers on offervault to see what network provides most offers for your geo and niche. When you sign up to a network get in contact with your Affiliate Manager they will have all the statistics of offers so they are able to give you good advice you will not get on a forum because every network is different.
